Speaking about penis enlargement, which is the most popular male topic, you can't forget about the classical method of doing this : surgery. Yes, penis surgery has been known as the fastest way to enlarge penis. But what about the risks and side effects?
Penis surgery is too risky and too expensive as well. You can not spend a lot of money to do something that risky right? You just want to do a simple but efficient male enhancement. So maybe there is another way to do it. What about penis pump tools?
No, penis pump is not the best method as I read in medical journal. It works, it can make your penis larger for hours but after that your penis will go back to it's size. Also the pressure that the pumping tool made is dangerous for penis if you do it again and again. So what is the best method nowadays?
I found that the answer for the questions is penis extender. It works not only for hours but forever and it doesn't have any side effect like penis surgery do. And please remember that with those nice features, the penis extender is not expensive (even for enlarging your penis you are ready to pay much). You can find all the benefits from a penis enlargement tools in one unit. Please read the manual carefully and watch the progress. Wish you luck, guys!

My Friend Toni and His Little P

Can you imagine what will you say, what is your reaction when someone ask you, "what is the benefits of a big penis?"
That happened yesterday when I took my friend to a doctor. My friend Toni (not his real name for sure) would like to try penis enlargement program. He would like to try penis surgery. The doctor asked us the question and we just smiled like teenagers.
After that the doctor explained about it. He said that there are so many benefits that come with a big penis. It is known to boost man's self confidence to high levels. Men might not say it but they fantasize about it all the time. If penis enlargement is one of your agendas, you better know what your options are to go about it the safest way.
The doctor suggests us to try penis extender rather than penis enlargement surgery. He said even the penis enlargement surgery advertisements are so nice as they make it sound like these amazing results are guaranteed without absolutely any side effects, when in fact you could end up with a shorter penis and a huge bill :) Therefore let's not make it an impulsive buy, but rather look into the cons and pros of penis enlargement surgery.
He also said about penis pumping method that not proven effective. It works for a couple of hours but after that..back to the size. The doctor said that with the penis extender there will be side effect and it is comfortable to use. And many of his patient with the same case are satisfied with the revolutionary tool.
It sounds interesting. I bought one too. And I am happy with it.
But I think it is too private to prove the result to you guys. :)

Choosing The Best for Your Penis

Rewritten Article

With the alteration times, issues like penis amplification are now getting discussed in the accessible and men no best feel abashed of accepting the use of penis accessory methods. If you want good information you want day trading articles that have been written by people who actually trade and thats what were going to look at here.

The vast majority of articles written on day trading are not written by traders at all. There normally written by people who are simply trying to make money by appealing to traders to visit their site where they have ad words or products from vendors for sale.

These products appeal to people who are looking for an easy way to make money in forex and they lose.

The fact is day trading simply doesn't work.
As an experienced trader, I find it amusing that people actually believe what some authors say in terms of day trading, here are just some examples:

"Predict market tops and bottoms with 90% accuracy"

"Scalp profits everyday"

"Earn $10,000 a month with this system"

Of course these day trading systems don't work as the track record that comes with them will have the disclaimer below (or a similar one), read it carefully:

"CFTC RULE 4.41 - Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown".

What this means is a vendor can make up any track record they like in hindsight, knowing the closing prices - but trading is actually a little more difficult, you have to trade without knowing the closing prices!

You will never see a day trading system with a track record of real gains, audited with account statements over the longer term. If you do - let me know because I have been trading for 25 years and never seen one.

Day trading forex day trading stocks, day trading commodities, day trading CFD's - it doesn't matter - day trading does not work in any of them due to the following:

All volatility in short term time frames is random and prices can and do go anywhere, meaning that if you try and use support and resistance levels they wont help you with your trading signal or help you get profitable market timing.

You therefore can't get the odds in your favour and will lose over time.

This is fairly obvious when you consider that the price in any financial market is made by a vast diverse group of traders.

You simply cannot predict what this vast mass of people will do in a period of a few hours - the time period is simply to short.

If you want to make money trading then you need to trade longer time frames, where you can calculate and get the odds in your favour. This means swing trading or trend following.

So the next time you read a day trading article you should be aware that the person writing it has probably got no experience on the subject they are actually writing about. There are lots of day trading articles and the vast majority of the authors have simply never traded.

A Review of High Yield Investments

If you are new to internet marketing, you may be little bit bit confused by the term "High Yield Investments." Shouldn't all investments be considered high yield? When used in this context (and keep in mind that there is some variation across the board), it refers to the potential for making money online in direct marketing opportunities, network marketing opportunities or through passive systems like pay to read systems. If you have a great deal of interest in getting involved in making money in these ventures, learning about the genre as a whole is a good way to get started.
The first tip that is usually given to people who are interested in High Yield Investments is that they need to diversify. If you are shortly getting into this field, you may be a little bit timid about spreading yourself too thin, but it makes sense. Many of these opportunities are fairly short term, and is usually a good idea to have something waiting in the wings in case one or more opportunities go bust in a short period of time.

When you are thinking about High Yield Investments , you should always think about what your goals are. Are you looking to make some money for Christmas or a special event, or are you trying to replace a full-time job? Be realistic about what you can invest in these opportunities and make sure that you never get in too deep to dig yourself out. Similarly, remember to do your own research and go with your gut; some High Yield Investments are quite risky when it comes to what they ask you to risk.

If you are getting involved in High Yield Investments, you need to remember that frequently, you will get out of what you put in. How much time are you willing to put in? Remember to do more than just weigh the tangible benefits. Will you be doing something else while you're online or will you be simply spending time to online to commit to this opportunity? Think about what any of these opportunities are worth to you.

When you are considering getting involved with High Yield Investments, remember that there are as many good investments out there as there are bad ones, and though you should always be cautious, you shouldn't be afraid to take a risk on something that you feel might be able to help you achieve your goals. Think of it as gambling money, if you put $100 or $200 in a program and it goes belly up, not all is lost.

Forex Day Trading For Novices

Most newbie forex traders go for forex day trading as a basis for their forex trading strategy, as they see it as a low risk way to trade and an opportunity to make small regular profits. This article is all about day trading for novices and what they need to know.

The rise of online forex trading, tighter spreads and lower minimums has led to an influx of day traders and there are plenty of vendors offering day trading or scalping systems which claim to make big profits but there is a problem.
They all lose - because day trading by its very nature is bound to fail. If you see a day trading forex track record chances are it has a disclaimer on it like the following one - take a read and you will see its not reality:

"CFTC RULE 4.41 - Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown".

Of course it's simulated knowing what happened and vendors can and do make up track records to sell to greedy naïve traders and the greedy herd all lose.

So why doesn't day trading work then?

It's obvious we have countless millions of traders all with their own different forex trading strategies and views and to say you can predict what they will do in a few hours is totally absurd.

Humans are not predictable in short time frames their the total opposite!

All the volatility in short term time frames is random, daily ranges cannot act as support and resistance and anyone trying to trade the data is wasting their time - its simply not valid.

If you want to win:

Keep in mind you need the odds on your side and that means trading longer term.

If you do, this you're using valid data where you can win and it really is as simple as that. The shame is many day traders work hard (far harder than a lot of the traders who make big gains) but they lose through ignorance of how and why markets really move.

Day trading for novices is simply a quick lesson in how to wipe out account equity - PERIOD.

Getting The Best Stock Market Investing Guide

Now more than ever, online stock trading has become easy and accessible to beginners in the field. Online information and short courses on how to trade online are being offered by some of the most reliable sources for stock investment.

The best way to learn online stock trading is getting a good and reputable stock market investing guide. For this, you'll need to sign up with an online trading firm. There are many online firms that offer free account registration. What matters is that you won't be left on your own, once you've started. Here are some tips to picking a reliable stock trading site as your stock market investing guide:

Trustworthy online trading firm should not only instruct you the tools of the trade, but it should also be your online stock market investing guide.
Any online trading firm would want to have you sign up with them because it is profitable for them that you do. But there are many fraudulent online firms that would not hesitate at taking advantage of your investments. One of the most common schemes these fraudulent sites would try is the "Pump and Dump" scheme. They'll hype and inflate prices of stocks and then dump these on investors who have no idea what they're getting into. So be careful when choosing which online trading firm you would want as your stock market investing guide.

There are a lot of online trading firms that cater to individual non-professional stock traders who want that hands-on approach in dealing with their investments. A great stock market investing guide is one who can show you not only the tools of the trade, but how you can keep track of your stock investments, as well.

Look for an online stock investing guide that offers its non-professional investors with online trading support services.

Don't be taken in by online trading firms that say you don't need to worry about your investment and that they'll take care of everything. That's not a sign of a reliable stock market investing guide. Always ask to take control of your investments. Look for a trading site that offers services like direct investment options, listings of independent stock news sources, as well as courses on online stock trading. These are signs that a stock trading firm not only wants you onboard, it will take care of you and your investment by acting as a trustworthy stock market investing guide.

The bloodline in every stock market move is information. When choosing a online stock trading site, make sure that the one you is updated and well-informed, particularly in the markets you're interested in. There are sites that serve that offer vital stock quote data, charts, news and information. There are also other sites that cater specifically to the online trading community in terms of offering tools and applications that help beginners with stock analysis, streaming stock quote data, and other useful information.

Don't rely on your stock market investing guide alone. Choosing a reliable online trading firm as your stock market investing guide is half of the work done. The rest is up to you. Once you get the hang of online stock trading investments you'll be more confident in investing bigger stock picks.

The Stock Trading Robot - Is Marl All That He's Cracked Up To Be?

Marl, The Stock Trading Robot, contrary to what it's creators would have you believe is not unique. There have been automated trading systems for years on the internet, be they in Forex or the stock and bond markets. What is different about Marl is the way in which stocks are analyzed and the information relayed. I'm sure many of you (much like myself until a few years ago) possessed a very rudimentary knowledge of investment strategy and terminology. To me the stock market represented the boring few seconds before the newscaster got to sports. However, I now know that with a solid knowledge of the market and a tool like the stock trading robot the market can be a powerful money making tool.

What Exactly does Marl do?
When I first heard of the creation this was the first question on my mind, and at first the answer seems quite straight forward; Marl analyzes penny stocks. In essence, this is true however I feel that it is important to explain how exactly the process happens. It analyzes a stock's trading patterns and looks for patterns using mathematical algorithms. Let's say that company XYZ for a 7 day period of time traded at either +/- $0.50 of it's beginning week value. Marl breaks down the trading record and determines at which points the stock peaked, and the points where it's value declined. By doing this it is able to tell you a time to buy or sell the security.

Right now you may be thinking that the Stock Trading Robot is your ticket to early retirement, and if this is the case, please listen to what I am about to tell you. Human analysts have been trying to predict the stock market since its inception over a century ago, and they are still no closer. Tools like Marl are certainly helpful, but the best way to have a long term healthy return in the market is to utilize a sound investment strategy. I have known many people who lost huge portions of their savings by simply putting all of their eggs in one basket. The penny stock market which The Stock Trading Robot deals primarily in is a volatile market.

It has the greatest potential, risk and also the greatest potential return. For your investment strategies I highly recommend that you utilize knowledge and all other tools that may be available to assist you. Is the stock trading robot one of these tools? From my own experience, yes it can be. However, you as the investor must exercise both prudent financial judgment and common sense when dealing with any security.

Facts About Diamond Appraisals

If you are planning to invest in diamonds, you'll need two things: (A) a thorough knowledge of diamonds, and (B) diamond appraisal services. The latter is particularly important in determining the value of and diamonds you are planning to purchase, and should be performed by a party that is independent of any diamond wholesalers with whom you are considering transactions.

This can be challenging, because the entire diamond industry is controlled by a handful of corporate entities throughout the world. It may take a bit of detective work, but the time and trouble taken to locate and secure independent diamond appraisal services can be well worth it when it comes to insuring the value of your investment in loose diamonds.

What Are "Loose Diamonds"?

Simply put, loose diamonds are just that - diamonds that have not been placed in a setting, such as a ring, bracelet, necklace or other type of jewelry. Investors and diamond dealers usually purchase these from diamond wholesalers, either as a hedge against inflation or for use in the manufacture of retail commercial jewelry.

Diamond Appraisal and Lab Analysis

These diamonds are cut and ready for mounting, and the quality of this cutting work can have a great effect on the value of such stones. A certificate from a gemology laboratory can provide a great deal of objective, quantifiable information about diamonds, including:

- carat (basically the weight and mass of the stone; a carat equals 1/5 of a gram) - grade (the overall quality of the stone in terms of color and clarity) - dimensions - quality of the cut and shape of the stone

Such a report, while important, does not necessarily determine the value of diamonds however.

In contrast to a lab report, a diamond appraisal determines the market value of the stones. Essentially, a diamond appraisal is required in order to place a dollar value on the stones, particularly for insurance and marketing purposes.

While the lab report contains information that remains constant, a diamond appraisal can change depending on numerous factors, not the least of which is market conditions. Due to currency fluctuation and exchange rates, diamonds may command a greater price in some parts of the world than others. Should stones be re-cut, this can also affect the value.

It's a good idea to keep all of this in mind whether you are an investor or are among the diamond dealers seeking stones for commercial jewelry settings.

Avoiding Conflict of Interest

It may seem obvious, but it bears repeating: do not, under any circumstances, have your stoned appraised by the diamond wholesaler. While most are reputable and adhere to ethical standards, it is human nature for a merchant to place an elevated value on his own wares. An independent appraiser with nothing to gain but his own standard fee will provide much more reliable figures.

Purpose and History of Bankruptcy in the United States

Bankruptcy is a declaration by a borrower of his or her inability to pay his or her debtors that balance that is owed. Companies can also declare it though it is usually declared by individuals whose debt has become overwhelming.

The main purpose of bankruptcy is to give a debtor a sort of fresh start by relieving him of most of his debts or to pay back his creditors what he can, though he might not be able to pay back everything. It usually allows people to be relieved of their legal obligation to repay most of their debts by submitting any non-exempt assets to a bankruptcy court so that the court can then distribute those assets among the accounts that are still owed money.
There are two forms declaring yourself bankrupt. The first kind is liquidation in which all of the person's non-exempt assets are sold off in an attempt to settle debts with creditors. All of the other forms fall under the reorganization category, which is when the person or company is given an opportunity to restructure his or their assets and debts to better pay everything off. Typically creditors take a portion of the person's income. Many businesses enter into reorganization to stay in an operating capacity.

In the United States, bankruptcies are under Federal jurisdiction by the Constitution as declared in article one, section eight of the Constitution. This article states that Congress can enact "uniform laws on the subject of bankruptcies throughout the United States." The implementation of these laws, however, is found in statute law. These statutes are incorporated into the Bankruptcy Code which is found at Title Eleven of the United States Code and then is subject to state law in instances that the federal law is not sufficient to cover the circumstances of an individual's case.

The United States requires all bankruptcy cases to be filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court, which is adjacent to the United States District Courts. These cases are very dependent upon individual state laws, especially when dealing with exemptions and claims. Because these cases are so dependent upon state law, bankruptcy is not usually recognized in more than one state at a time.

The United States has six types of bankruptcy:

Chapter Seven: liquidation for businesses and individuals Chapter Nine: municipal Chapter Eleven: reorganization and rehabilitation, usually used by businesses though it can also be used by individuals. Chapter Twelve: rehabilitation for fishermen and farmers Chapter Thirteen: rehabilitation that comes with a payment plan for people who have a regular income source Chapter Fifteen: for international and ancillary cases.

The most common chapters to be filed are chapter seven and chapter thirteen, and chapter thirteen is favorable to chapter seven in that an individual can keep his assets but is required to devote some of his income to the repayment of his debt, which is spread out over a period of three to five years. There are some who believe that bankruptcy does not actually benefit individuals and that credit counseling is better.

Make a Fortune Buying & Selling Gold Coins

Did You Know That Many Financial Investment Experts Are Recommending Their Clients BUY Very Specific Gold Coins?

Why?

Because We're Now At The Very Start Of Long Term GOLD BOOM - One Top Investment Bank Thinks That Gold Prices Could Increase By As Much As 400%!

Now... This book will show you exactly which coins to buy (and from where) to exploit the coming gold craze.

But first, a short history on gold that may shock you...

There are some startling events going on in the world right now which gold experts are saying could lead to the biggest GOLD BOOM in history. In fact, one top global investment bank thinks that gold could see as much as a 400% rise in value from current levels (more on that a bit later). Why? Because a very specific set of economic & global conditions exist today, and the last time similar conditions existed gold prices went BEZERK. So much so that some people who owned gold were able to sell at the peak and actually buy a house with their profits. Here are a few notes on golds performance over the past few decades:

During the 1960's investment in gold coins brought about average annual returns of 100%.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Between 1972 and 1974 the gold coins saw increases of 350% (while the stock market was heading desperately south).

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then between 1976 to 1980 gold brought investors an average of 300% per year.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This very same type of gold saw annual increases of 340% between 1987 & 1989.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The average investor keeps piling into stocks, real estate & bonds - completely unaware that gold has been outperforming their risky holdings every year since 2000 (and the last couple of years have seen double returns over stocks). But now, investment in gold coins could EXPLODE as gold prices are set to test new highs.

This is exactly why many investment experts are telling their wealthy clients to buy specific gold coins - it's an absolutely perfect way of owning gold and benefiting from any boom in the price of gold. The exciting thing is that you do NOT need to be even remotely rich to make a fortune buying & selling gold coins...you just need to know a few simple rules that only a select few know (and would rather a guide like this was never written).

As The Price Of Gold Increases, Specific Gold Coins Could SOAR In Value...

Gold coins offer all the upside potential of the gold boom, yet most savvy investors have never even heard of it as an investment. Right now, almost no-one has caught on to the immense value of this "secret" type of gold - very specific types of gold coins. In fact you can get loads of them on eBay and the sellers don't understand that they may be handing away a potential fortune. You'll learn more about this inside.

But first, a quick lesson in economics - you need to know why many experts believe that gold prices are going to be heading upwards...

Why The Price Of Gold Is Going Up (And Why It Can't Be Stopped)

Right now the U.S. government is desperately trying to fight deflation (lower prices) and it has categorically stated that it will look to prevent this at any cost. The long and short of this is that more “paper money” becomes available while the amount of gold stays constant. Can you think what this means?

The same amount of gold costs more paper dollars (or “money”) to buy.

So as the amount of money being printed goes up …#34; so gold prices strengthen. It’s expected that a significant amount of money will be printed over the next few years, and you don’t need me to tell you what that means for where gold prices are headed.

Sadly, there are even more reasons why the current gold run could well be the start of a huge bull run. Traditionally, gold has always performed strongly during times of uncertainty. I say “sadly” because as the long running war on terrorism sees no end in sight the amount of paper money needed to pay for conflicts/wars etc rises. This huge increase in paper money will only continue to peg up the gold prices.

And what do you suppose this means for those of us who own very specific types of gold coins....?

Everything You Need To Know In Order To Make A Fortune In Buying & Selling Gold Coins!

Buying and selling gold coins is not understood by the majority of people. Yet it's simple once you know the six golden coin rules disclosed in this package. These six easy to understand rules are what some of the most sophisticated "investors" in gold coins use religiously in order to find the most valuable coins, at the very best prices. When you get the full picture you're going to get chills - Gold is cyclical and it's at special times (now) when certain events are "going on" that gold prices boom. Yes - gold coins had to be BANNED by the government at one point. Don't worry - it's legal to own them again now (though only the truly wealthy & investment gurus know the shocking advantages)...but you'll discover the sensational events that led to gold coins being made illegal and why it now represents one of the biggest investment opportunities in the world today.

The FACTS Don't Lie - Why this turn of events mean that gold prices HAVE to increase (and why investing a modest sum now could pay for your retirement home within a decade).

Ten Years Of Repression - How certain influential world bodies have been artificially suppressing the prices of secret gold for a decade...to the point where the price is now about 1/3 of it's natural value. This can no longer be done...and no one knows just how explosive the break-out is going to get!

And that's just to start with so that you understand how gold prices affect gold coin values...and why gold is currently at the start of a bull run.

Now for the really interesting part - the package also takes you by the hand and reveals how to buy gold coins for profits...step-by-step:

Buying Gold Coins For Profits Revealed - WHY gold coins are one of the most potent forms of gold to own in the coming gold boom. Commentators on financial television have been reluctant until recent days to make the analogy of the present period to the awful economic period of the 1970's, which has been my thesis for some time.

As I have been pointing out for many months in my investment blog, at http://www.reiznersway.com/articles/index.html, the current strength in oil (reaching $100 per barrel), gold (over $850 per ounce), gold stock, oil stock and oil service stocks are mimicking in form the inflation racked 1970's. As well, the dollar is a weak currency now, much like it was in the late 1970's, when the Swiss franc was popularized as a hard money investment.
In the December 2007 period, unemployment stepped up to 5% and inflation has been rearing its ugly head in recent months. If unemployment continues to rise, I believe that we may find ourselves in a medium level stagflation. The combination of rising prices and a weakening economy is not a good formula for the welfare of consumers, not to mention the stock market.

The stock market has started out in 2008 on the wrong foot. I will stick my head out to say that the telltale similarities of the current gold, oil, currency markets, and inflation and potentially rising unemployment, to 1970's market behavior leads me to the opinion that the stock market may continue downward or at least linger in a trading range in the spirit, but probably not the severity of the 1970's. In other words, it is possible we may see a contraction in the price earnings ratio of the market.

A caveat here is that should the Federal Reserve step in aggressively to lower key rates to counter the housing and banking decline, it would be constructive for the stock market. But as has been said widely, this would put the Fed between a rock and a hard place, as the dollar and inflation levels would likely react badly to a looser monetary policy. Interest rates would rise in inflation, putting pressure on the stock market.

If it walks like a duck, then there are ways to make money on the 1970's analogy. I have been invested in gold coins and bullion for some time and have seen the value of those investments soar. As well, I own international oil stocks and shares in an oil service company, which have done well. Even the railroads which did well in the late 1970's have been resurging. On the other hand, we have seen bank and mortgage related stocks decline in the last few months, as I anticipated in my blog article, Bad Banks, Good Banks during a Credit Crunch: Opportunity Knocks.

Even national politics seem to be swinging back leftward, which, according to the platform of some major democratic candidates for president, would lead to more regulation, less free trade and the redistribution of wealth (an action which would not create any additional national wealth). The stock market might find itself in a bind if unenlightened 1970's era policies are enacted after the election.

So even though the gold and oil markets have been extremely strong lately, and I have stated in my investment blog that I believed that there may be a temporary cresting of inflation hedges - the long run still appears to bode well for the oil and (especially) the gold sectors. I also anticipate writing a blog entry on the possibility of buying in the future, strong banks that have been depressed in pricein sympathy with the weak banks. So stay tuned.

Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Global Recession and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI

How will the credit crunch of 2007 affect foreign direct investment in Central and Eastern Europe? What if it develops into a full scale recession in the West and especially in the USA?

It is instructive to study the effects on the region of a previous recession at the beginning of the decade (2000-2002).

The brief global recession of the early years of this decade - which was neither prolonged, nor trenchant and all-pervasive, as widely predicted - had little effect on Central and Eastern Europe's traditional export markets.
The region were spared the first phase of financial gloom which affected mainly mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings. Few multinationals scrapped projects, scaled back overseas expansion and cancelled long-planned investments.

According to a 2003 report by the Vienna Institute of Economic Studies, FDI flows to the countries of central Europe were halved in the first quarter of 2002, despite their looming membership in the European Union (realized in May 2004). During 1999-2003 export transactions were frequently delayed and privatizations attracted scant interest.Net FDI flows in 2003, says the EBRD, came to a mere 7.2 billion euros, compared to 22.6 billion euros in the preceding year.

The Vienna Institute erroneously predicted a particularly bleak year for Poland and a Czech economy redeemed only by sales of state assets in the energy sector. Yet its statistics failed to cover reinvested profits. These amounted to $1.5-2 billion in Hungary alone - equal to its average annual FDI.

In reality, the picture was mixed. Forecasts prepared in November 2002 by the United Nations Conference for Trade and Development (UNCTAD) showed marked declines in FDI in Moldova, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Macedonia and Ukraine. Flows rose in Albania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania and Slovenia, and remained unchanged in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Romania and Russia, said UNCTAD.

Foreign direct investment (FDI) in Lithuania grew by at least 15 percent in 2003. Its FDI stock - accumulated in its decade of independence - exceeded c. $4 billion, or c. $1000 per capita, as early as end-2002. Pace has picked up dramatically in the past six years in many second-tier investment destinations in central and east Europe, including Slovakia, and formerly war-torn Macedonia and Armenia. Of the latter's $600 million in post-communist foreign inflows - two thirds have been placed since 1999.

Prime investment locales, like the Czech Republic, or Hungary, are still attracting enthusiastic fund managers, multinationals and bankers from all over the world. In a startling inversion of roles, Russia became a net exporter of FDI. According to official figures - which are thought to under-report the facts by half - Russia invested abroad more than $3 billion every single year since 2000. This is double the figure in 1999 and translates into $300-500 million in annual net outflows of foreign direct investment.

Moreover, the bulk of Russian capital spending abroad is directed at rich, industrialized countries. The republics of the former Soviet Union see very little of it, though Russian stakes there have been growing by 25 percent annually ever since the 1998 meltdown. Russia's energy behemoths compete, for instance, with western mineral and oil extraction companies in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.

Levels of worldwide FDI declined by more than 50 percent - to c. $730 billion - between 2000 and 2001. Yet, astoundingly, the major downturn in emerging markets' FDI in 1999-2002 had largely bypassed the region. Net private capital flows - both FDI and portfolio investment - shot up six-fold from $1 billion in 2000 to $6 billion a year later. Most of the surge occurred in the Balkans and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

According to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in its Transition Report Updates, the region grew by 4.3 percent in 2001 and by 3.3 percent p.a. the years after. In 2006 alone, eastern Europe's GDP shot up by 6.2% and FDI flows amounted to $50 billion. This performance as projected to have been repeated in 2007. This is way more than most developed and emerging markets managed. Eight countries in central and east Europe drew rating upgrades, only two (Moldova and Poland) were downgraded.

Some countries fared better than others. Slovakia sold, in March 2002, 49 percent of its gas transport company for $2.7 billion. Slovenia booked yet another record year in 2002 due to the long-deferred privatization of its banking sector and to the sale to foreign investors of assets originally privatized to cronies, insiders and communist-era managers. The Slovenian Business Weekly correctly expected the country to draw in more than $600 million in 2002 - up 50 percent on 2001.

In the western Balkans, only Croatia stood out as an inviting and modernization-bent prospect. Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) reawakened, too. It has privatized cement companies and rationalized the banking sector with a view to becoming a preferred FDI destination. In the first 6 months of 2002, it garnered $100 million in realized deals and another $60 million in commitments.

Ironically, during the brief global recession, Romania and Bulgaria (both of which joined the European Union - EU - in 2007) were laggards, though intermittent privatization in both countries was counterbalanced by cheap and skilled workforces in their growing and labor-intensive economies. Macedonia spent those years futilely reviewing, with a view to annulling, at least 30 suspect privatization deals. This did not endear its kleptocracy to anyhow reluctant multinationals.

Per capita, FDI stock is highest in the Czech Republic ($3000), Estonia ($2600) and Hungary ($2400). These are followed by Slovenia ($2000), Slovakia ($1800), Croatia ($1700) and Poland ($1200). All, with the curious exception of Croatia, have joined the EU in 2004.

The total realized FDI in 2000-2002 in central Europe amounted to more than $50 billion, with Poland and the much smaller Czech Republic attracting the most ($14 billion each), followed by the Slovak Republic ($7 billion) and Hungary ($5 billion). The regional FDI stock comes to a respectable $100 billion.

Southeastern Europe (the politically correct name for the Balkans), excluding Greece and Turkey, attracted rather less - c. $12 billion in realized FDI in 2000-2. Croatia topped the list with $3.8 billion, followed by Romania ($3.3 billion), Bulgaria ($2.3 billion), Macedonia ($1.1 billion), Yugoslavia ($0.7 billion) and Albania and Bosnia-Herzegovina ($0.5 billion each).

Yet, the Balkans, impoverished and war-scarred as it is, accumulated a surprising $22 billion in FDI stock. According to the 2003 Investment Guide for Southeast Europe, published by the Bulgarian Industrial Forum, the share of FDI per GDP is much higher in the Balkans than it is, for example, in Russia. In 2001, the ratio was c. 5 percent in Bulgaria, 7.5 percent in Croatia and about 12 percent in Macedonia.

The former USSR as a whole enjoyed $57 billion in FDI between 1991-2002. The bulk of it went to Russia ($23 billion) and the Baltic states ($8 billion). In 1999-2002, Ukraine absorbed $1.9 billion in FDI flows - one half the receipts of the puny Baltic trio: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Belarus and Moldova scarcely registered, each of them with barely above three fifths the FDI in Albania, or ravaged and precariously balanced Bosnia-Herzegovina.

The weight of FDI in the local economies cannot be overstated. Two fifths of the exports of countries as disparate as the Czech Republic and Romania are produced by foreign affiliates. In some countries - like Romania - 40 percent of all sales are generated by foreign-owned subsidiaries. The banking sectors of many - including Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic and Macedonia - are mostly owned by outside financial institutions.

Foreigners bring access to global markets, knowledge and management skills and techniques. They often transfer technology and train a cadre of local executives to take over once the expats are gone. And, of course, they provide capital - their own, or gleaned from foreign banks and investors, both private and through the capital markets in the west.

Initially, foreign investors provoked paranoid xenophobia almost everywhere in these formerly hermetically sealed polities. Deficient legal and regulatory frameworks, rapacious insiders, venal politicians, militant workers, opaque and politically compromised institutions, disadvantageous tax regimes and a hostile press obstructed their work during the first half of the 1990s.

Yet, gradually, the denizens of these countries came to realize the advantages of FDI. Workers noticed the higher wages paid by foreign-owned plants and offices. The emergent class of shareholders, invariably members of the powerful nomenclature, having sucked their firms dry, sought to pass the carcasses to willing overseas investors. Currently - with a few notable exceptions, such as Belarus - multinationals and money managers are actively courted by eager governments and keen indigenous firms.

Proofs of this grassroots turnaround in sentiment and priorities abound.

FDI is a good proxy for a country's integration with the global economy. It is an important component in A.T. Kearney and Foreign Policy Magazine's Globalization Index. The Czech Republic made it in 2002 to the 15th place (of 62 countries), higher than New Zealand, Germany, Malaysia, Israel and Spain, for instance.

Croatia in 22nd rung and Hungary in the 23rd slot compare to Australia (21) and outflanked the likes of Italy (24), Greece (26) and Korea (28). Slovenia was not far behind (25), followed by Slovakia (27), Poland (32) and Romania (40). Even hidebound Ukraine made it to the 42nd place, ahead of Sri Lanka (44), Thailand (47), Argentina (48) and Mexico (49). Russia lagged the rest at the 45th location.

A.T. Kearney's Global Business Policy Council - a select group of corporate leaders from the world's largest 1000 corporations - publishes the FDI Confidence Index. It tracks FDI intentions and preferences. Its September 2002 edition ranked 60 countries which, together, account for nine tenths of global FDI flows. The companies interviewed were responsible for $18 trillion in sales and seven out of every ten FDI dollars.

Revealingly, central and east European countries made it to the first 25 places. Poland, right after Australia, preceded Japan, Brazil, India and Hong-Kong, for instance. The Czech Republic, Hungary and Russia - closely grouped together - were found more alluring than Hong-Kong, the Netherlands, Thailand, South Korea, Singapore, Belgium, Taiwan and Austria. Russia - whose economy improved dramatically since 1998 - leaped from beyond the pale (i.e., below the top 25) to 17th place. Hungary moved from 21 to 16.

The report concludes with these incredible projections:

"Russia ... could well be a target for almost as many first-time investments as the United States ... China, Russia, Mexico and Poland combined ... are expected to accumulate about one quarter of all proposed new investment commitments."

This is part of a more comprehensive trend:

"Europe has become the most attractive destination for first time investments. More than one third of global executives are expected to commit investments for the first time in Europe over the next three years 2003-6 (especially in) Russia, Poland and the Czech Republic."

A relatively new phenomenon is cross-border investments by one country in transition in another's economy and enterprises. At four percent of Slovene FDI stock, the Czech Republic has invested in Slovenia as much as the United States, or the United Kingdom. Slovenes and Bulgarians have ploughed capital into the banking, industrial and food processing sectors in Macedonia. Hungarians in Serbia, Czechs in Romania, Croats in Slovenia - are common sights.

Traditional FDI destinations feel threatened by the surging reputation of central and, to a lesser extent, east Europe. In a series of articles he published on radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty prior to the EU's enlargement eastwards, Breffni O'Rourke summed up Irish anxieties expressed by his interviewees thus:

"There's a certain unease developing in Ireland as the 10 Central and Eastern European candidate countries move toward full membership in the European Union. The Irish are not unaware that the Czechs are heirs to a fine tradition of precision manufacturing; that the Poles are considered quick-thinking and innovative; that Bulgarians have a way with computers; that the Baltic nations have powerful Scandinavian supporters; and that Romania has extraordinarily low costs to offer investors. In fact, rising costs - in comparison to the Eastern candidate nations - are one of Ireland's main worries. The question troubling the Irish is: Could incoming Eastern member states prove so attractive for foreign investment that the country would find itself eclipsed?"

According to UNCTAD, global FDI flows amounted to a record 1.5 trillion USD in 2007. Southeast Europe and the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) enjoyed robust, record-setting inflows, the seventh year in a row (up 41% on 2006 to a new record of 98 billion USD), emanating mainly from transnational corporations. Capital went to both extraction industries and privatization deals.

But 2007 appears to have been the swan song of FDI. Cross-border M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) activity - the locomotive of FDI - virtually collapsed in the last quarter of 2007. Increasing risk aversion throughout the global financial system may result in the drying up of credit. Inflation - or, rather, stagflation - is again rearing its ugly head. Wildly fluctuating exchange rate won't help, either.

What Investments Work?

I suppose the short answer to that question is - they all do. Some require more expertise than others - some require investment of money, others investment of time and yet others require both time and money. Most also need good advisors.

For someone with a lot of cash and no real interest or time, term investment with a fixed interest rate may make sense. Returns on this vary greatly so best to do your homework on best interest - do watch out for the small print though so you don’t get stung with high management fees.
If you love scanning stock markets and have a good grasp of how it all works, plus a few inside friends who can help you to get in early on markets - that could well be a very lucrative investment proposition for you. You can also go through a stockbroker who will invest money for you. As with a lot of ways of making money you will need some capital or equity in something to get started. The more you invest the more widespread and stable your portfolio is likely to be.

Investment property also requires capital and some knowledge of the property market. If you have the time to go out yourself and look for properties which have a good chance of appreciating well either long or short term, this may be the bricks and mortar venture that appeals to you. There are also companies who will find property for you, usually for a percentage on top of what you pay for the places themselves. From the point of view of tax incentives and negative gearing property may be the best bet but even then you need to have a competitive enough mortgage rate to make the whole prospect viable.

You may decide that a government housing scheme sounds the most stable and steady course. Most state governments have housing projects in which you can invest - ask your local council for details.

Other investment opportunities include buying fine art to be then rented out to clients wishing to decorate their office space. You will again need quite a lot of capital to do this but if you are an antiques or fine art fancier this may well appeal as a way to finance your hobby and increase your collection.

You can invest in your own business - if you have enough money available you can buy a franchise with one of the big companies. There are some excellent business systems which include real estate, stock and all the training necessary to make your efforts guaranteed to succeed. If money is not as easy to come by you could invest in your own ideas - be careful to research the market and make sure that there is room for such an innovative step - remember that only one of of five small businesses are still in existence after two years - meaning a lot of time and money wasted. A third option would be to follow one of the many systems available to build passive income. Usually the financial outlay for these is not exorbitant and with companies that have been in business for more than 10 years there is training and support both online and one-on-one to help you succeed. Working for yourself can be incredibly rewarding while demanding a lot of your time when you are starting out.

Whatever financial backing you have available there are usually many options. As with so much research in this day and age, the web is a fabulous source of information and advice.

The Different Kinds Of Savings Account

It's always advisable to try and put some money aside for a rainy day, so that if you meet an unexpected expense or repair bill you'll be able to cope financially. It's also prudent to save some of your income as an investment for your future, especially in these days of uncertain pension prospects. Many people choose to invest in stocks and shares as over time this is likely to provide the best return, but for the majority of us the security of a bank savings account is more attractive. That being said, what kind of savings account should you choose?
The first kind of account we'll look at is known as a regular saver. With these accounts, you deposit a certain amount every single month. In the past, this amount tended to be fixed at a specified figure, but these days most accounts allow you to deposit an amount within a specified range. These accounts are a good choice for people with no capital but some surplus income, and usually pay a good rate of interest.

The other kind of account is the deposit account, which has no stipulation as to how you pay money into it. You can put in small amounts as and when you can afford it, or you can deposit a large amount when you open the account and leave it there, or a mixture of the two. These accounts come in three basic flavours, depending on how easily you need to get at your money.

Firstly, the instant access type of deposit account places no restrictions on when you can withdraw your cash. Next, the interest penalty type of account will let you withdraw as you wish, but won't pay any interest for the months in which a withdrawal is made. Finally, a notice account requires you to give thirty, sixty, or even ninety days notice before you make a withdrawal, or you'll be hit with substantial interest penalties.

In general, the easier it is to get at your money, the less interest you'll earn. Of course, this will vary from bank to bank, and you might be able to find an easy access account with a better interest rate than a notice account with a different bank, but the general rule holds. For these accounts, you need to trade off the likelihood of needing access to your money against the extra gains you could make by locking it away.

There's one other kind of savings or investment account which takes this idea of access restrictions to the extreme, namely bonds. With these accounts, you invest a lump sum in the account which is then locked away for a specified number of years, with no access at all. In return, you'll either get a preferential fixed interest rate which is much more attractive than normal accounts, a variable rate guaranteed to be better than average accounts over the length of the term, or a return linked to stock market performance with a guaranteed minimum return, These accounts will almost always give the best return out of all the types, but are only suitable for long term investments where you are certain you won't need to access your funds before the term is up.

What Do You Know About Canadian Retirement Planning

By definition retirement planning is saving one part of your income in order to provide yourself a steady income post retirement. How simple can that be? In Canada this is about all it takes to ensure that you have a secure and dignified senior age life as your savings would supplement the Government's assistance under the CPPOAS or the Canada Pension Plan and Old Age Security.

The Necessity Of The Canadian Retirement Planning

Many people would argue that today's generation is much more finance savvy that the one or two generations ago and hence, there is no need to create a special fund in Canada for saving for post retirement days. However, there is a mixed response on this topic. One school of thought is for the Canadian retirement planning to be formalized in a Government run retirement plan with fixed rules and regulations and even a minimum compulsory saving scheme.
On the other hand it is argued that since there is enough awareness generated, and the today's generation is more capable to understand and plan for their retirement life, there should be no interference from Government on Canadian retirement planning. Each person should know how much they could put aside and how much they could look forward to when they reach their post retirement period voluntarily.

To Be Or Not To Be - The Fate Of The Canadian Retirement Planning

Fortunately the Government already has a plan that assures a minimum income to its senior citizens; however, in most cases such assistance is not actually sufficient to cover all the needs of the person. Therefore, it is imperative that there are additional funds to compensate for the gap. It is good to know that the Government has plenty of plans that enhance the long term personal savings of a person even though it does not come directly under the Canadian retirement planning.

Special plans for retirement would more than anything else enhance the knowledge that you need to save for your old age. This is one thing that even the savviest of the younger generation seem to ignore - the fact that everyone would be old one day and have less capacity to earn and take care of oneself financially.

Financial independence is the first thing needed for a senior person to live in dignity and this can happen only when you start to save early in life. The Canadian retirement planning should be able to instill this need into the minds of all young and able bodied people, so their senior years would be carefree for themselves and for the Government.

Trading For A Living - From a Business Mind Set

In my article "5 Simple Steps To Profit", I referenced the importance of the trader having a proper mind set. In this article, I thought that I would spend a little more time on this subject. In trading, like in any other endeavor, a person must spend a great deal of time working on their 'business'. Yes, I said business. Unfortunately, many traders approach trading with a lackadaisical attitude, not really caring if they make a profit or not. They take a trade because they are bored, they just want to see if it will work, or they have no real set of established rules. This is a sure path to failure. Most traders don't make money trading. The main reason I think this is so is because they don't treat trading as a business. Would you start a brick and mortar business without a plan? I don't think so. That is the reason it is so important to have a plan of action, a set of rules. Then and only then can you evaluate your plan from time to time and see if you are adhering to that plan.

Here is what I do:
1. Every afternoon after the market closes, I spend time looking over that day's chart (you will see my commentary and anaylsis on the day's market action every day here on my blog under the 'Catches Of The Day' category).

2. I look for the various set-ups (bobber strategy, trend line break, trader's trick) that the market presented me.

3. I analyze the trades that I didn't take ('the ones that got away' in the category area) as well as the trades that I took that lost money ('flounders').

4. I look for mistakes that I made, things I did right and trades that I took that were right in judgement but didn't work out. Yes, not all trades that set up correctly make money (that is the reason for protective stops).

The point is that if you are serious about making money as a trader, time must be spent on re-viewing the day's market action every day.

Treat trading like a business. Evaluate your performance everyday. Always be objective about your trading and I think your performance will greatly improve.

Here's to catching a whopper.

Forex Trading Systems - Using Computers for Profit

Today the computer you have on your desk is much more powerful than Mission Control Houston that helped man land on the moon. Powerful computers have changed our lives for the better and here we will look at their affect in forex trading and the application of forex trading systems by traders for profit.

So how useful are computers in forex trading?

The role of computers is very often misunderstood by forex traders.

Computers have enhanced our lives in many areas and help us solve complicated problems there is the belief forex trading systems can be created to trade forex markets automatically.

There are a number of forex trading systems for sale that promise to do just that - and most of them fail.

There are two reasons for this failure:
1. The System is to Complicated

Its tempting to make a system complicated and many traders do they figure the more elements it contains the better its chances of success however the complete reverse is true.

The more rules and parameters you cram into a trading system the more elements there are to break in the brutal ever changing markets - it's a fact simple systems work best as they are more robust and this has always been so.

2. Curve fitting

Many systems that fail in real time trading actually work in hindsight when their tested on data and the reason for this is curve fitting. Curve fitting is simply bending the rules of the trading system to fit the data. When the first rules don't work the trader simply bends them until they do. This is a bit like shooting at door with a shotgun and then after the event, drawing a chalk circle around each one to make it a bulls-eye!

Keep in mind that any segment of data is going to be different as the markets are not scientific in terms of their movement so the appliance of science is of limited use.

The above mistakes are often made in tandem and complexity or trying to be clever testing data and bending a system won't help you make money.

Here is another startling fact:

50 years ago 95% of traders lost and today the ratio remains the same - this is despite all the advances in computers forecasting and market data retrieval. It's pretty clear that the application of computers has made no real difference to the success of traders.

Many traders think the application of science and computers can help in all areas of life and in many they can but in forex markets this is not so.

Computers make your life easier but they cannot be relied upon to give you success.

Just as in the past a simple system will beat a complicated one and that is never going to change as forex is a game of odds not certainties.

Yes computers are helpful but the real key to trading is finding a simple forex trading system, understanding it and applying it with discipline.

Forex Day Trading - A Guaranteed Way to Lose Money Fast

Forex day trading is the most popular method for new traders to try and it is a guaranteed way to lose money quickly. Why? Because the logic that forex day trading is based upon simply doesn't add up - here's why you are destined to lose if you day trade.

Firs of all lets look at all those forex day trading systems which make big claims on the net with their supposed track records.

If you see a day trading track record look for the disclaimer below:
"CFTC RULE 4.41 - Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown".

The above is the most common as its standard CFTC one. As you can see the track record means nothing as it's never been traded! It's been done knowing past data and is simply a hypothetical simulation.

Unfortunately, forex trading is not that easy we have to trade not knowing the prices in advance.

You only ever get a simulation because these vendors don't have the confidence to trade their own system, as they know they dont work!

They want to make money from sales, while a mug trader loses. The vendor has a guaranteed profit and the trader a guaranteed loss.

So why doesn't day trading work?

Well its pretty obvious if you think about it - you have millions of traders, trading trillions of dollars and to say you can gauge what this vast diverse trading base will do, in a few hours is ridiculous.

All daily volatility is random and prices can end up going anywhere and they do.

Support and resistance levels in daily time frame are useless and you would have as much success flipping a coin.

Day trading is simply a great way to lose money long term you don't have the odds in your favour and you wont be lucky for ever - leave forex day trading to the naïve or greedy traders and concentrate on trading longer term, where you can trade the odds and win.

Forex Education - Why You Should NOT try and Predict Prices

One of the most important points you need to learn in terms of basic forex education is - that if you want to win at forex trading, do not make the mistake of trying to predict prices in advance, if you do you will lose. Here we will explain why and give a better way to trade.

We don't know the future and if you try predicting it or forex prices you are simply hoping or guessing and that will not get you anywhere in life and certainly not in forex trading.

Most traders make this mistake when trading:

They spot prices moving to a support or resistance level and then simply jump in the market and execute their trading signal - this is totally wrong and is guaranteed to lose you money over time.

Why?
Well if the price is moving to support and the trend is down why anticipate?

What you should do is waiting for prices to come to support and then start moving away - this is the correct time to execute your trading signal and to do this properly you need to learn about momentum oscillators which will help you determine when price momentum is moving in your favour.

We have written numerous articles on the use of these, so look them up and if you want to look at some good ones check out the Relative Strength Index and the stochastic, there excellent simple indicators you can learn to use in 30 minutes which is time well spent!

REMEMBER THIS:

Trading is a game of odds and to get the odds on your side, you should always trade with momentum on your side.

Do not believe the far out investment crowd who tell you there is a scientific formula for market movement - there isn't

If there was we would all know the price in advance and there would be no market!

There are many vendors selling forex trading systems based upon the works of - Fibonacci, Elliot and Gann and they didn't make any money for them and won't make money for you.

If you want to trade forex successfully then as part of your forex education you must learn how to confirm your trading signals with momentum indicators. If you do, you will have a head start on your way to forex trading success.

Learn Currency Trading - 5 Common Deadly Mistakes

If you want to learn currency trading you need to get the right forex education and avoid the mistakes of the losing majority. The mistakes below are common ones but there easy to avoid and you must do so if you want to enjoy currency trading success.

1. Following a Vendor Blindly

One of the most common errors is to think someone else can give you success - they can't.

Most systems sold are junk - but even if you do find a good one, how can you follow it with discipline if you don't know how it works?

You cant to have discipline to follow a system you must have confidence in it so you need to take the time to develop your own trading system or have total confidence in someone else's logic.

2. Trading News Stories

We have more news at our disposal than ever before and all those stories are very convincing - but that's all they are stories. The news reflects the greed and fear of the crowd and they lose longer term - try and trade news stories and you are guaranteed to lose as well.

The best way for any novice to trade is to simply follow the reality of price action on a forex chart and trade it - your trading the truth not an opinion and that is the only way to win.
3. Day Trading

Simply the dumbest way to trade.

It doesn't work as all short term volatility is random and you can't get the odds in your favour.

Don't believe me?

Try and find a forex day trader with a real ( not simulated ) track record that's made real dollars over the long term. Let me know if you find one I have been searching for 25 years and still not found one!

Avoid day trading at all costs!

4. Trying to Predict Forex Prices

If you try and predict prices in advance you're hoping or guessing and that won't get you anywhere in life and certainly not forex trading.

You must not predict wait for momentum to confirm a turn and you can look up how to do this in our other articles - it is essential to confirm a price turn, rather than simply guess when it might come.

5. Markets are Scientific

It's amazing how many people buy into this myth yet it's obviously not true.

Why?

Because if prices did move to a scientific theory, there would be no market, as we would all know the price beforehand and there would be no market. The reason a market moves is because we all have different opinions of where the price may go.

The far out investment crowd love scientific theories and like to follow the works and methods of gurus such as:

Gann, Elliot and Fibonacci.

Well they made no money with their theories in forex trading and neither will you.

So if you want to learn currency trading correctly avoid the common mistakes enlcosed and work and getting a simple forex trading system which will help you trade the odds, you can understand and can apply with discipline.

If you learn currency trading the correct way ( and 95% of traders don't ), then you can enjoy currency trading success and create a life changing income - good luck!

Does Your Stock Investing Earning Suck? You Don't Have To Suffer Anymore

You may have come across newsletters by Marl, a stock trading robot, who provides constant recommendations of stocks that offer an opportunity to double your investment. Marl is basically a robot who works automatically by picking up stocks with high growth opportunities, but it needs to be used with utmost care.

Most people prefer a stock trading robot due to the unavailability of time or even skill on their own part. A few of the trading systems are difficult to operate in, and need sufficient training for optimal results. But in case of newsletters for Doubling Stocks, you are spared from doing the work yourself and you are spoon-fed with great stock options.
The normal return generated by the stock trading robot Marl is cent per cent, but some people fail to use it properly, and hence disbelieve the system due to improper returns.

I can tell you by virtue of my own experience that the average returns generated by Marl from the stock investing newsletter mentioned above is greater than 100%. This is no mean feat and has become a point of reference in stock investing industries. But many people are just tempted by the "double" return and do not understand what "average return" implies. They sincerely believe that the double returns are generated weekly. So if they invest $50 now, they will be getting $100 after one week, $200 after a fortnight, $400 after another week and at the end or the month, they would have turned their$50 to $800. Really amazing calculations we have here!

Now time for a reality check. People need to understand that not all stocks double their value. The word "average" has its usual implication. If you prefer to invest all your bank balance on a given stock, its crash might crush you as well. Many people are aware of it, but just due to the emotional attitude, fail to consider it at that point of time. Just foreseeing a great fortune by virtue of double returns, common sense simply fails to prevail!

Still, with proper planning and thinking, the process of doubling your investment based on newsletters is not a farce at all. When you start trading, you need to have a heart of steel to brave the odds against your stock or even stocks if they fail to perform as expected. Here, if you have invested all your money in one particular stock which has fallen down, then you won't have enough opportunity to participate in the rewarding stocks in this game and will simply be thrown out of the market.

I recommend that you invest only up to 20% of your money in one stock, and since any given stock won't drop to $0, it means that the risk factor is certainly minimized. This may sound contrary to the doubling of money theory, but in real, this is a crucial factor for success. These are very risky ventures, to be dealt with in the short-run. If you profit from it, sell it off and exit the market. High risk, high rewards. For beginners, this might be a bit difficult to absorb so they learn only after getting hurt. But as long as you take a smart investment decision, the above calculations may actually come true!

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://investment-guidance.blogspot.com/2008/01/does-your-stock-investing-earning-suck.html' title='Does Your Stock Investing Earning Suck? Weak consumer sentiment in the U.S. along with weak labour market conditions is weighing heavy on investor confidance.
It will take time to restore confidance in the minds of investors and traders after what happened in stock markets globally. This typically happens when stocks crash with tremendous velocity and time frame in which it fell is also very short in band. Nervousness will slowly fade when conerns about global economic outlook starts looking brighter and sense that all is not gloom and doom. World Economic Forum currently going on at Davos is also getting heightened mention of subprime crisis and resolve of U.S. authorities to contain it. Markets will be hoping for some concrete announcements to address this crisis. Only rate cuts will not solve this credit default mess, also with Inflation getting a second seat due to subprime mess is another potential threat to global economic outlook. Chinese central bank is also concerned about rising inflation as it's economy is still in above 11% growth more. Containing inflation must come on priority list for most central banks rather than merely concentrating on just increasing liquidity into the financial system. Next few weeks will see volatility in stocks.

How to invest in mobile home parks

Mobile homes are a great way for those with low incomes to own their very own home. Manufactured homes have changed considerably in recent years and have improved in quality and are overall much nicer than before. Mobile homes are not necessarily even for the underprivileged any more. In Aspen, Colorado, for example, there is a mobile park where buyers pay an average of $500k for a single mobile home!
The easiest and most obvious way to get started making money with mobile homes is by buying low and selling high. To start with, you will need substantial cash reserves in order to purchase the property. If you don't have the money or credit to secure financing, then consider borrowing the money from a partner. You can borrow the money on terms that pay 15% or 20% interest. This may seem high but it's okay because you won't be holding on to the property for very long and you need a much higher than normal interest rate to attract business partners. A CD or bond only pays an average of 6% right now so you need to offer several times that amount.

If you'd rather own a long term asset than purchasing an entire mobile home park is a much better option. With mobile home parks you actually have two sources of rental income; the land and the mobile home itself. Those who move into the park have the option of either renting the land and the mobile home or of buying the mobile home and renting the land. Whatever they chose to do, you earn rental income either way. The rental income earned from a Mobile Home Park is stable because the home can not be taken out of the park until after it has been paid for.

Once you've decided to purchase a park and hold on to it, you can earn even more on your investment by improving the park. Improvements don't even necessarily mean making physical renovations. Suppose you increase the rental income of the property by just $200 a month. This adds up to $2,400 per year increase in rental income which increases the value of the property by about $20,000. Improving the market value of the property is kind of like a long term flipping strategy because you are essentially flipping the property for a profit but it can take it can take a little more time for the profit to be realized.

As great an investment as mobile home parks are, they do have a dark side. Mobile home parks have notoriously bad, unruly tenants. Most of the individuals who live in mobile home parks live on very low incomes and they typically have trouble paying their rent and taking care of their property. If you are going to consider investing in a mobile home park you should also consider hiring a property management company to collect rent and manage your tenants for you.

HOW TO START TRADING SHARES IN BURSA MALAYSIA?

Although Malaysian stock market is not as big as that in United States, I think there will be people interested on How to Start Trading Shares in Bursa Malaysia. I will cover from the very basic to the more complex workings of the stockbroking business in Malaysia. If you are a Malaysian or a resident of Malaysia you will be able to easily understand some of the terms. If you are not? I will provide legends or notes to explain the terms or maybe links for you to find out more about the terms. This articles will be over a few parts.
Malaysian refer to stock as 'share' and 'Bursa' to mean Bursa Malaysia. As I go along I will insert notes to explain the terms used in Share Trading in the shares of companies listed in Bursa Malaysia. You will need to open two (2) types of accounts before you can start trading.

Note: Bursa was previously known as Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange or KLSE. The company that managed the exchanged is now listed under the trading name 'BURSA' and trading code '1818'.

The two accounts than you will need to start Trading in shares in Bursa are:-

(a) CDS Account.

CDS stands for Central Depository System which is basically account maintain by Malaysian Central Depository ("MCD") or now known as Bursa Depository. It is like a bank's saving account. Most stockbrokers still refer to Bursa Depository as 'MCD'. Shares that you Buy and Sell will be Credited (or Deposited) and Debited (or Withdrawn) in your CDS account on the contract settlement due date. There is no physical movement of shares as it is known as scripless trading.

(b) Trading Account.

You can't Buy or Sell Shares in Bursa Malaysia with just a CDS account. You will need to open a Trading Account with any one of the licensed Stockbroker and a registered member of Bursa (also known as Participating Organisations or 'POs' in Bursa website). There are four basic information that you must provide (other than your personal particulars) as required by Bursa before you can open a Trading Account to Trade Shares:- (i) Your gross annual income, (ii) Your gross networth, (iii) Your preferred trading method (ie. investor or trader), (iv) Your experience in share trading. There are some basic criteria before you can open a CDS and a Trading Account?

(a) You must be above 18 years old for individual (Malaysian or Non-Malaysian) and not declared a bankrupt, (b) A local or foreign registered company.

A 'Business' is not allowed to open a CDS Account, thus will not be able to open a Trading Account. You will need the following documents when you want to apply to open a CDS and a Share Trading Account.

(1) You need to fill up a CDS Opening Account Form (form FMN01 which you will be given at the stockbrokers counters. I posted a image of the form in my posting on HOW TO OPEN A CDS ACCOUNT AND A TRADING TRADING as GoArticles don't allow posting of pictures.

(2) You will also have to sign TWO (2) Specimen Signature Cards. As for company, there are certain documents which the respective stockbrokers can list them for you.

(3) You have to fill up the Stockbroker's Share Trading Account Form.

(4) You must bring along your National Registration Identity Card ("NRIC") for Malaysian or you Passport if you are a Non-Malaysian. The Stockbroker will have their Dealer's Representative sign on copies of the documents after they have verified them against the original.

(5) Pay RM10.00 to open the CDS account as charged by MCD.

If you lived outside Malaysia, you can call or email your request for the Stockbroker to mail you the forms. The forms and documents must be certified by a Notary Public in your home country or where you reside. Example of a Notary Public is the Ambassadors of Malaysia in the respective foreign countries.

In my next posting I will explain the process of trading. Don't missed out on my next posting by subscribing to my Feed at my website on HOW TO START TRADING SHARES IN BURSA MALAYSIA.

How To Trade Mini-Futures Contracts Successfully

an a person with limited funds; say a couple of thousand dollars, trade commodities? In a word, yes.

You don't need $20,000, or even $5,000, to be a successful commodity trader. The mini-futures contracts were designed to fill the gap that exist between the high roller large accounts and those that only have a couple of thousand dollars to invest.

New traders are told to stay away from mini-futures because there is not enough contracts traded and you can lose all your money. That statement is true, and applies to trading standard commodity contract as well, if you plunge right in without first learning your craft. Mini futures provide excellent trading opportunities for the small trading accounts.
It does not take a trading genius to make money trading mini commodities, just a little common sense and patience. There is nothing mystical about trading commodities nor are there any great secrets to trading.

Standard and mini futures contract charts look all most identical.

The major difference is the volume of contracts traded is much less that that of a standard futures contract. It should be noted that standard size contract charts can be used to find trades for the Mini Futures market simply because the mini-futures, for all practical purposes, mirror the standard size contracts.

Currently there are four groups of futures contracts that trade the mini contracts.

 Agriculture. Long term trading

1. Wheat

2. Corn

3. Soybeans

 Currencies. Extremely risky

1. Euro FX mini

2. Japanese Yen mini

 Precious metals. Extremely risky

1. NY Gold mini

2. NY Silver mini

 Indexes. Extremely risky

1. Nasdaq 100

2. Russell 2000 emini

3. S&P 500 emini

A new trader should stick to the first category to learn the proper way to trade commodities. There is still a risk in the corn, wheat, and soybean markets but it is reduced a great deal with the mini contracts. The other three categories do have mini contracts. However, they can be extremely volatile and wipe out a trading account in a heart beat. Trading mini futures contracts can give new traders a chance to gain experience while building confidence and cash in on the fabulous profits being made in the futures markets. It does not take a small fortune to learn how to trade commodities.

Current margin (performance bond) required for a mini wheat contract is $400. One point (Cent) on a mini soybean contract = $10. With proper money management a new trader can slowly build their trading account and at the same time learn the craft of futures trading.

There are fortunes being made by commodity traders (speculators) every year. The best part about being a commodity trader is it does not matter if the markets are going up or down. You can make money even if the economy is in a recession. Overnight fortunes are very rare to non-existent in commodity trading. However, you must understand perfect trades do not happen every day and it will take some experience to spot them. Mr. Larry Williams, a recognized trading professionals, made the statement "You don't have to take every trade; just the winning ones." Patience is one of the key ingredients of successful trading.

It's tough sitting on your hands and not jumping on every trade but it pays off in the long run.

Always remember. Commodity trading is an extremely risky business. The first rule of a successful commodity trader is Plan Your Trade! Trade Your Plan!

How Not to Lose Your Shirt When Trading The Futures Markets

here is an alarming number of new, and uneducated, commodity traders losing just about everything they own. Why? There are a number of reasons why a new futures trader stands back, scratches his/her head and wonders why their trading account went from thousands of dollars to almost nothing over night.

What happened?

There are actually a number of things that came into play.
1. First and foremost. They believed all the hype that they would become rich over night.

2. They did not buy a good course on how to trade the commodity markets.

3. They picked up some books on trading at the library, or worse, they signed up with a trading forum on the Internet and believed everything the so called experts said about getting rich over night in the futures markets.

4. They did not have a trading plan before they placed a trade. A disaster in the making.

5. They believed everything their broker told them. A NOTE: All brokers are not bad.

So what are new traders supposed to do. How do they keep from losing all their money in their first month as a commodity trader?

There are two very basic ways to learn the craft of trading.

1. Paper trade. Learn what to do before risking a penny.

2. Trade Mini-Futures contracts. Keep any loses to a minimum.

There are multitudes of commodity trading books on how to make money trading futures contracts. However, a person will be hard pressed to find how-to books devoted exclusively to trading Mini-Futures.

The reason I believe is that Mini-Futures lack the glitter and claims to instant wealth found in the more traditional commodity trading manuals.

It's unfortunate, but an alarming number of new traders will read one or more of the how-to books on commodity trading and jump right in and place a trade order not fully comprehending the real risks involved in trading.

Futures prices can and do make extreme price swings. New traders, because they lack experience, are unprepared to handle the large losses when trading standard futures contracts when prices move suddenly against their position.

Mini-futures are not immune from the same extreme price move. However, the dollar loss is considerably less. Mini futures contracts will let a new trader survive a sudden market shift and have money left in their trading account for the next trading opportunity.

What about limiting your losses with Loss orders?

A Stop Lose is supposed to keep you from having large losses. Right? Not necessarily. There is what is called Daily Limit Moves, known as Limit Move, in futures trading.

A Limit Move means that a commodity price can only change up or down a certain amount during a trading session. When that happens trading stops until whatever caused the drastic price shift changes.

When a commodity makes a limit move against you it can shoot through your stop loss as if it did not exist. If you are unfortunate enough to get stuck in a Limit Move against you that last two, three, or more days you will be wishing you never heard of trading commodities. This is not an everyday occurrence that you have to lose sleep over, but you need to be aware of it.

Trading futures can be a very profitable way to earn a living if you treat it as a business. Trading in the commodity markets is an extremely high-risk business and as with any business you must first learn the business so you won't lose everything you own.

Think of it as if you suddenly wanted to be a high wire performer in a circus. You would be in serious trouble if you put on the flashy tights, went up 50 feet and inched your way out on the wire before you learned the craft of tightrope walking a foot off the ground. Fifty feet is a long way to fall without a net to catch you.

Trading in the futures markets, and even the FOREX markets is considered very risky. You must learn how to do it without putting your entire financial world at risk. When I say risk I mean how much money you stand to lose if a trade goes against you. Your risks are anywhere from 20% to 50% less with mini futures over the more standardized commodity contract.

As an example a 20-cent move against you in corn is $1000 while the same move in the mini corn is only $200. Another great feature of the mini futures markets is the investment required to trade a mini commodity is also 20% to 50% less. A mini wheat contract currently requires about $400 to trade while the full size contract requires more than $1400.

A final note: The FOREX markets also have mini-contracts. But, the same risks apply. This series of articles will hopefully show you how to limit your exposure to a financial disaster.

Forex Education - A Lesson from History for Forex Success

Here we are going to look at the story of "the turtles". If you don't know who they were, then you should study this group of traders, as learned to trade in just 14 days and made $100 million, in just 4 years! There is much to learn and it's an inspiring story, so let's look at it.

The story begins in 1983, when trading legend Richard Dennis decided to prove that anyone could be a trader, if they had the right mindset, the right education and the right trading system.

He picked a group of people who had never traded before.
This group consisted of both sexes, various ages and various levels of academic achievement and variety of occupations from a security guard to a boy fresh from school.

He then set about teaching them to trade in 14 days.

He set them up with trading accounts and the results were astounding:

This group of traders went on to make $100 million in four years and many went on to become trading legends.

So what can you learn from the experiment?

The first lesson is, anyone has the potential to be a successful trader and every thing about currency trading can be learned.

Secondly, if you have the right forex education you can do it quickly, 14 days is not a long time to learn any trade!

Hang on! - You maybe saying:

If everyone can learn to trade, why do 95% of forex traders wipe out their accounts?

When Dennis taught the turtles, he used a simple method - but he rammed home two:

1. You need to have mental discipline to follow any system because if you don't, you have no method at all. He made sure that the traders knew exactly how and why the system worked, to give them the confidence and discipline to follow it.

Most traders simply never get confidence in what their doing, as they follow others or simply have no well thought out forex trading strategy and trade with their emotions.

2. Dennis also taught the traders to play great defence first. This meant strict money management to protect their equity above all else.

Just like any great football team you build from the back.

There is no point in having a great offensive line, if your backs can't protect you and it's the same in trading.

The Key Combination

Dennis essentially knew that you can teach anyone a trading system - but that's not enough, you need to combine this with mental discipline.

A lot is written about discipline in trading yet, few new traders really understand how hard it is to maintain it.

To keep executing a trading system when it's losing is tough!

Of course all systems will lose and you have to have the confidence, discipline and money management in place to ride the period out.

Could You Be Successful?

The story of the turtles actually inspired me to trade back in the eighties.

The reason it's so inspiring is because it shows anyone can make money with the right mindset and the right education.

Sure not everyone is going to become as rich as "the turtles" - but the opportunity exists and everyone can earn an income that more than compensates for the effort.

So the moral of the story is work smart, get a simple system, have confidence in it and apply it with discipline - if you can do that your on the road to currency trading success and a life changing income.

What is the Psychology of a Forex Trader? AND - Have YOU got what it takes?- AND - Have YOU got it?

Are you a contender? Have you got what it takes to hack it in the fast moving, sometimes ultra high glorious, other times ocean trench depression low world of Forex Trading? This may sound like a standard motivational talk, but having the right frame of mind DOES influence your trading results - So before you risk your well earned money read this and ask yourself - Have I got the edge? - Or should I stay with regular shares?

There are many aspects of Forex trading that are outside the investor's control.

Forex market participants number in the millions - traders for the world's largest banks, huge governments and individuals just like you. Unlike stocks, even the big traders have a tiny effect on exchange rates.

Even when setting interest rates and other actions that influence inflation, the largest governments can have no immediate impact on exchanges. The Forex markets are simply too large - $2 trillion daily - for any one player to dominate the action.

Trading strategies, which are essential, can increase the odds of making profits and help minimize or avoid losses. They give the knowledgeable trader that tiny edge that can make the difference between winning and losing on a given trade, or over time.

But before looking at market influences, and even before developing a set of technical strategies that help guide trading choices, the novice Forex investor has to honestly and objectively examine his or her own attitudes.

Forex is fast-paced, complicated and requires a well-thought out game plan. That game plan has to be executed with nerve and skill. Trading successfully in a demo account for several weeks is essential but can lead to unwarranted confidence. Traders who invest Monopoly money will often take chances, leading to successful trades, that they wouldn't dream of taking with real money.

Real trading requires answering honestly a number of questions that can be difficult to answer objectively when the subject is the self-same trader asking them. What are your financial trading goals? Looking for a quick buck? Seek elsewhere. You will have losses that wipe them out. Looking for secure, low-risk capital accumulation? Try AAA bonds instead.

Forex trading can be simultaneously a stimulating intellectual game and an exciting adventure. The thrill of victory! The despair of (temporary) defeat! The mastery of the intricacies of Fibonacci, Parabolic SAR, Stochastic Oscillators and Doji Stars. All this, and much more, is part of Forex investing.

As a result, you will need to be very frank with yourself and decide how (and whether) you are prepared to deal with pressure and fear. Even professional traders do not have any certain system of ensuring profits and avoiding losses.

The pressure of deciding when to buy and when to sell is many times larger than in stock trading. The fear of loss is greater, in part because of the amplification provided by 100:1 or larger leverage.

Even winning can be problematic. With practice and persistence, provided you don't quit too soon or run out of money too quickly, you will have periods when it all seems laughingly easy. That can lead to euphoria, which is great. But it can also lead to cockiness, which is fatal. Nothing will wipe out a trader quicker than arrogance. Confidence is essential, vanity is suicidal.

The other side of the coin to be avoided is too much second guessing. Successful trading requires bold moves based on sound judgment and confidence. Every decision is a small leap of faith, since no one can know in advance for certain what the outcome will be. Probability of one degree or another is the best that can be achieved.

All this will be accompanied by the fear of loss of capital, which often leads to panic selling in the face of what would have been a temporary price movement. It is of such panics that depressions are made, both economic and psychological.

Forex is a roller coaster ride. But if you have a good inner ear and a strong stomach, bolstered by the brain of a statistician and the nerves of a pro billiards player, you will be well suited to end the ride with full pockets.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://investment-guidance.blogspot.com/2008/01/what-is-psychology-of-forex-trader-and.html' title='What is the Psychology of a Forex Trader? Here are some answers the bulk of losers will give and they will all see you lose

- I intend to use a forex day trading or scalping method

- I am going to blindly trade a vendors system

- I like to take expert opinion and trade the news

- I have a forex trading system that can predict forex prices
- I believe the markets move to a scientific formula and will take advantage of one

- I have a complicated system that I have refined in back testing

- I am simply going to buy into support and sell into resistance

All the above do NOT constitute and edge and will see you fail at forex trading - keep in mind 95% of traders lose!

If you learn anything in your forex education it should be that forex trading is not as simple as it first appears and to learn currency trading correctly you must end up with an edge that you can define - no two peoples edges are identical but successful traders know what it is and why it gives them an advantage and they have the confidence to apply it with rigid discipline.

Lets first start with a fact - forex trading is an odds game not a game of certainties.

There is no scientific method to help you determine prices in advance.

If there was we would all know the price and there would be no market! Furthermore, if you try and predict forex prices, you will lose because you are simply hoping and guessing and you should really be trading the reality and confirming every trading signal before executing.

Forget complicated trading system!

Simple systems work best as they are more robust in the face of brutal ever changing market conditions and have fewer elements to break.

Forget the news its just stories.

The news reflects the emotions of the losing majority and if you get involved in trying to follow it, you will lose.

You need to trade the odds to enjoy currency trading success.

The best way is to use forex charts, where you can simply see the reality of price change and you can either forex swing trade or trend follow - but never day trade!

Day trading is the best way to lose money out and doesn't work in the real world.

Forget all the gurus out there with their regular income systems and simulated track records; it's a loser's game.

Forex trading is a combination of a simple forex trading system; you totally understand this then allows you to execute it with discipline.

If you don't have the confidence in your system you will never have the discipline to follow it and these traits come from understanding and knowing a trading edge.

So there you have it perhaps the most important point of currency trading basics to learn but if you do and apply what we have written you could enjoy huge forex success.

Forex Money Management - Why It's so Hard to Accept Huge Profits

Many traders think that accepting losses is hard but it's not nearly as hard as accepting big profits. When you are engaged in forex money management your profits need to exceed your losses so you need to maximize them- so why do most traders have a problem, on the one hand we all want big gains - We do but:

Most traders have a psychological problem in running profits.

The typical forex trader gets a profit and feels pleased. The bigger it gets though, the more tempted he is to take it. Swings in price go back against his position and eats his open equity and this causes emotional problems.

The bigger the profit becomes the more tempted the trader is to take it. The trader ends up snatching the profit early, as open equity swings cause him to panic and he banks it and then what happens?

The trade continues the way he thought and goes on to pile up $10, 20 30,000 or more and he's not in.

Its hard holding a profit in a long term trend and taking short term swings against you, by sometimes thousands a day - but if you want to catch and hold the long term trends that's what you have to do.

It requires total understanding of your trading system and confidence in it - and this is why most traders can't do it they are emotional "shoot from the hip" traders or following a guru.

A good forex trading system will normally win 30 - 50% of the time (forget the traders who claim 90% their lying) so your losers will be normally more or the at the same level as your profits. So you need to have a profit 3 - 5 times bigger than your loss to make good profits on your overall trading account.

Most traders simply don't have the patience and discipline to follow long term trends but you must to win. However, look at the major forex trends and you will see they last for months or years and can make you rich - IF you can lock into and hold them.

Many forex traders simply can't cope with trend following so they try day trading and vendors present it as way to scalp small profits and build them over time - good story, doesn't work. Day trading is a loser's game as all short term volatility is random.

If you find long term trend following to stressful, try forex swing trading as profits and loses come quickly and you don't need to endure the open equity dips you do in trend following.

If you're a novice cut your teeth on swing trading and build up your confidence and discipline to try long term trend following - if you can catch these trends, accept open equity dips and keep your eyes on the end prize, you could make huge profits.

Trend following is hard but very lucrative - if you have the mindset you can turn these trends into huge profits and understand forex money management is not just about taking losses its also about accepting big profits to.
